Native Garden for Great Street Appeal
Our clients decided that they were ready to put their beloved home on the market to sell. A large architecturally designed extension and renovation was recently completed on this gorgeous 1940’s home in St Kilda.
Blair designed a beautiful, low maintenance native garden that would give the house the all elusive ‘Street Appeal’ that was needed for their sales campaign.
A new entrance was constructed with recycled railway sleepers, as well as a new driveway featuring bluestone pavers. A modern native garden was built, featuring recycled sleeper palisade walls, Birds of Paradise, new turf and slate rocks. The client’s house sold well over the expected price and we are proud that our landscaping had something to do with this!
This project was designed by our director, Blair Edwards.
